Are you often feeling worried or overwhelmed? Would you describe yourself as a people pleaser? I am here to help.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety and obsessive-compulsive symptoms, helping them develop tools to tolerate uncertainty and reconnect with their core values. I also support those with perfectionistic tendencies in establishing healthy boundaries and prioritizing self-care – empowering them to find balance in both their personal and professional lives.
I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy and use a combination of treatment modalities, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I would describe my counseling style as warm and interactive. I provide an empathic, non-judgmental, and supportive atmosphere.
I look forward to hearing from you!
