Let me introduce myself and share my philosophy and goals as a clinician. I have been in this field since graduating with my master’s degree in 1996. I was drawn to the clinical field because of my deep desire to help people find their true version of themselves. I have found that at the heart of my practice is a deep belief in walking alongside my clients—offering support, compassion, and guidance as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe that therapy is not about fixing, but about growing; not about imposing change, but about empowering it.
My approach is grounded in respect for your unique story, your pace, and your goals. I don’t set the destination—you do. My role is to help you uncover your strengths, clarify your direction, and support you in making positive, meaningful changes that feel right for you. I have decades of experience working with people who have experienced trauma and life challenges and utilize techniques such as different cognitive approaches. Whether you’re seeking support for a specific issue or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to offer a safe and collaborative space where growth can happen—on your terms, in your time. Let’s take the next steps together.
